Day 2 Day radishes

December 27, 2005

Today I am home alone as Michael and all the Rogers are meeting Meredith and are going to the Nutcracker ballet in Seattle.   After wards they are all going backstage to meet the ballerina.   Stewart Kershaw is arranging that .I have sent my camera with Callie in the hopes that she takes lots of pictures.   I would love to see the kids faces.   I have never been to the Nutcracker.   I , who took ballet in 4th grade.   

I still am not strong, but I do hope to go to Victoria tomorrow.  As long as I do not have to walk, I think I will be fine.   

Christmas

Due to God-knows-what, Sally Haines Calligan, A.K.A. "The Red Radish", has been in bed for two days.  Randy Rogers, A.K.A. "Handy Hogers", has arrived from Brazil.  My ever beautiful granddaughter is helping me with this blog.

I am adding because I want to see if it is possible. Our dinner for tonight is homemade pizza and I am counting on the girls to do it. I am so happy for this little stretch of peace as I doing stuff like making Christmas calls to old friends.

December 20,   it is 1:30 in the afternoon and I am by myself with the dishwasher running and the drier tumbling.   Mary Katherine and Margaret/families are out shopping.  This is the first day of my blog and I give thanks to my grandaughter, Callie for getting me started.   I intend to make food notes, family notes, and photos to this site and try to do some digital scrapbooking here.
